Parameters

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH A HEAT PRESS FOR MUGS

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 180 ºC
  • Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating
  • Wrap the printed side of the paper around the money box, secure it with heat-resistant tape, and place it in the mug press
  • Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
  • Remove the newly printed money box using a protective glove

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

Print the design in mirror image

Preheat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC

Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating

Wrap the printed side of the paper around the money box and secure it with heat-resistant tape

Attach the wrap or silicone sheet or use a heat shrink bag to create a vacuum

Place the money box in the oven for about 15 minutes

At the end of the process, remove the money box using a protective glove.
