How do Returns work?

1. Request it

The first step is to request the return within 30 calendar days of your order's delivery date.

To do so, you must contact our customer support team by email at support@blankprintmedia.co.za or through this form (subject "Comment about my Order") indicating your issue and order number.

 

2. Send us the goods

After requesting the return, our customer support team will notify you of its resolution. If it has been accepted, you will receive the instructions and the documents required to proceed. Upon reception of this information, you will have 30 calendar days to send us the goods.

Which products are eligible for a Return?

  • We only offer refunds on unused products in their original state and the same original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective item?

Tell us about it by completing this short Google form. We will contact you within 24 - 48 business hours to manage the refund to your bank account, replacement unit/s or credit your Blank Print Media account. (we kindly request photos to be uploaded of the damaged or incorrect products received).

  • If replacement of unit/s is selected as a means of preferred outcome, delivery will be at our expense

NB: We only entertain refunds, replacements or credits on "unprinted" items. 

What is the cost of a return?

  • If the return is due to the fault of Blank Print Media, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the reason for the return has not been caused by Blank Print Media, you will need to have the items sent back to us using your own courier service. 

How will I receive my refund for a returned item?

We will send you an email notifying you that we have received the merchandise. After that, our technical department will check its condition, and if everything is in order, you will receive the refund on your original payment method within 3 to 7 days. If you prefer we can also add it to "My credit" so you can use it on your next purchase.

Can I remove or change an item from my order?

To manage these changes, you will need to email us at support@blankprintmeida.co.za  (subject "Change my Order"). 

  1. If the order is not yet in transit, it can be modified. Be aware that these changes may affect its delivery time.
  2. If the order has already left, changes will be processed as a partial refund. Be aware that this will generate additional transportation costs.

  

Can I cancel an on-demand order?

For orders with items produced on demand, cancellation is not possible if the product is already in the production stage. Therefore, the amount paid for production is not refundable because products manufactured on demand cannot be sold.
