Whenever you place an order, cashback credits are added to your customer account. You can then use these credits towards your next purchase. The more you order, the more you save.

How do I earn cashback credits?

• Orders from R200 to R1,499 may earn 1.5% cashback
• Orders of R1,500 or more may earn 2% cashback

How does it work?

Your cashback credit is added to your account after placing an order.

Your available balance can be viewed in the “My Cashback Balance” section inside your customer account.

You can use your cashback balance on future orders without needing to reach a minimum balance or minimum order value.

Your cashback balance cannot be used to discount an order by more than the total value of that order.

Terms and Conditions

Cashback is calculated on the net value of your purchase, excluding VAT, shipping fees, coupons, promotional discounts, and any other discounts applied.

Cashback credits may expire 180 days after your most recent purchase if unused.

If an order is cancelled, any cashback earned from that order will be cancelled.

If an order is fully returned, the refund amount will be based on the amount actually paid by the customer, excluding any cashback credits or discounts used.
