Parameters

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 200 ºC
  • Remove the protective film from the printable side of the sheet
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the sheet. Fix them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
  • Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press
  • Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
  • Remove the sheet using a protective glove
  • Peel off the paper carefully
  • Remove the paper covering the adhesive on the lighter's lid and place the sublimated sheet
  • Press the sheet firmly onto the lid to secure it
