Please note that we check your artwork for obvious print issues, but we do not edit, resize, redraw, or adjust your design. If we notice a problem, we will let you know so you can correct it before printing.

How to Send Your Artwork

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready file.

Artwork requirements:

• File format: PNG

• Background: Transparent background only

• Colour mode: RGB

• Resolution: Minimum 250dpi

• Artwork must be supplied at the correct print size

• Do not mirror your artwork

• Send the design exactly as you want it to print

• White areas in your artwork will print as white ink

• Leave at least 5mm spacing between designs for easier cutting

• Avoid very fine lines under 2mm

• Avoid gradients where possible

Our printable film width is 58cm. Pricing is charged per running metre.

What You Will Receive

You will receive a roll of printed and cured DTF transfer film with your supplied artwork, ready to cut and press.

The number of linear metres supplied will match the quantity purchased.

Important Artwork Notes

We do not offer design, editing, resizing, or cutting services.

Please make sure your file is correct before uploading. We are not responsible for printing errors caused by incorrect artwork, wrong sizing, unwanted backgrounds, low-resolution files, or spelling mistakes in the supplied design.

If changes are required after your order is placed, production time may be delayed.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the final printed transfer. This is normal due to differences between screens, print output, garment material, and heat press settings.

Application Guidelines

Pressing settings can vary depending on your heat press, fabric type, and garment quality. We recommend testing before starting full production.

Suggested starting points:

Cotton
Temperature: 165°C
Time: 15 seconds
Pressure: High
Re-press: 15 seconds

Polyester
Temperature: 140°C
Time: 35 seconds
Pressure: High
Re-press: 15 seconds

Re-pressing should be done at the same temperature using protective paper.

How to Apply Your DTF Transfer

1. Cut the transfer to the required size.

2. Pre-press the garment for a few seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

3. Position the transfer on the garment.

4. Press using the recommended heat, time, and pressure settings.

5. Peel the film smoothly once hot, warm, or cold, depending on your preference and test results.

6. Re-press using protective paper to improve durability and finish.

Washing Instructions

For best results:

• Wait 48 hours before the first wash

• Wash inside out

• Wash at a maximum of 30°C

• Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or harsh detergents

• Do not tumble dry

• Air drying is recommended

• Iron inside out or cover the design with protective paper

Storage Instructions

For best results, we recommend pressing your printed DTF transfers within 30 days of receiving them.

Until application:

• Keep the film in its original packaging

• Store in a cool, dry place

• Avoid dust, moisture, and direct sunlight

• Recommended storage temperature: 18°C to 25°C

• Avoid temperatures above 30°C for extended periods

Cancellations and Returns

DTF transfers are custom-printed products and are therefore non-refundable once production has started.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may only be accepted if the order has not yet entered production.
