HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

WHERE & WHEN CAN I OR MY COURIER COLLECT MY ORDER?

• You may collect your order after 1 hour even if you have not received a "order ready" notification.
• If you are sending a courier to collect on your behalf please ensure your courier has your "BPM" order number on hand.   

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

• 1 - 4 business days under normal circumstances for the date of dispatch.
• All orders dispatch within 2 - 24 business hours under normal circumstances.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area, natural disasters, protests, accidents or any other unforeseen circumstances. 
• Please note: We rely on 3rd party courier companies to deliver our orders and delays/complications from their end are out of our control, however, we only use RSA's most reliable courier partners.
